Experiences for Organisations

What if successful organisations aren’t efficient machines, but thriving ecosystems?
What if organisational purpose isn’t the cherry on top, but baked into the cake?
What if work and play aren’t opposites, but inseparable allies?
What if we aren’t dreaming big enough?

I design and facilitate workshops and off-sites for organisations on purpose, culture-building and creative-thinking. We make, imagine, write, draw, play, move and experiment. These experiences are designed to address:
… burnout and stress among employees
… disengagement and disconnection within teams
… lack of purpose and shared vision and values
… failure to imagine bold and creative possibilities

Why Invite Me into Your Organisation?

I have facilitated workshops for companies including Google, Facebook, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and Singularity University. As co-founder and head of design at Wayfinder I led a developed hundreds of workshops to support young people to develop purpose and belonging and co-led internal culture building as we scaled the team from three to >30 employees. Wayfinder now serves >1,000,000 students across hundreds of educational institutions internationally. In 2019-2020 I designed and taught an 8-week purpose class for Stanford University. The course, which was largely attended by Stanford’s Distinguished Careers Institute Fellows, continues to be taught today.

What Claudia does is also who she is… multidimensional, soulful, brilliant, thoughtful, integrated. To have her facilitate an experience is to open your team to authentic and potent evolution. She exudes mastery and grace.
— Sarah Meyer Tapia, Director of Stanford Living Education, Stanford University
Claudia has a highly tuned and joyful skill set for creatively caretaking exploration and learning for teams. Whether we were working on content development or team dynamics, she was always brilliant at holding space for what was meant to emerge, to emerge.
— Susie Wise, Author of Design for Belonging
Claudia crafts profoundly meaningful content that transcends barriers of race, gender, class and geography. I was struck by her proclivity to ask thoughtful questions at the junctures of identity, socio-economics and culture.
— Casey Pettit - Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships, Wayfinder
